    At CleanEar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase of the Advanced Earwax Removal Kit, we’re here to help.


    Change of Mind Returns – 10 Day Window

    If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.


    Conditions for Return


    To be eligible for a return and refund:

    • The return request must be made within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
    • All accessories, manuals, and components must be returned.

    Non-Returnable Items


    We cannot accept returns of:

    • Used or opened products (due to hygiene and health regulations).
    • Products returned more than 10 days after delivery.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.


    How to Initiate a Return


    1. Email our support team at Shopcleanear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
    3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival).
    4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

    Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
    • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we confirm approval.
    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

    Damaged or Faulty Products


    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


    Late or Missing Refunds


    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • Double-check your bank account.
    • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
